Infusionsoft built its reputation on an extremely powerful—but highly complicated—automation engine for small business owners. With the rebrand to Keap and a focus on going down market, it was crucial to simplify the user experience. Enter Easy Automations.
Small business owners have a lot to do. They understand the value of automating systems and processes, but they often lack the time to implement the automation. It was this key insight that we used to drive the GTM strategy for Keap’s Easy Automations with theme: “You finally have time to save time.”
The campaign, combined with our Free Trial optimizations, which I also spearheaded, resulted in a doubling of wins from FT. That channel became our top bookings driver.
